Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore we accept returns on all our products if you feel it does not meet your standards within 14 days of receipt. However we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our custom product unless defected. Please include your order number/packing slip with your package to enable us to process your refund. Please obtain proof of posting when returning items.
Should you wish to exchange your item (not including custom items), please advise which product you wish to exchange your purchase for. If there is a difference in price, we will refund/invoice you for the difference. Please obtain proof of posting when returning items for exchange.
All items returned to us should be unworn, complete with tags and in their original packaging (if applicable) saleable condition, unless they are faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
